We, like everyone in the area are somewhat of a captive audience for this feed store. Where our ranch is, we can either go to Menard or Mason to get feed. From now on, I will go to Menard or even Junction before I patronize this place again. We bought a round bale for our horses a few months ago and the hay was so bad our horses wouldn't touch it. I repeatedly tried to get in touch with management and they refused to call me back and they refused to make it right. The round bale is still sitting, untouched, by any of our animals because it was such a poor quality bale of hay. I don't know how this place has five stars, but I will never darken its doors again. For what they charge for a round bale, they should stand behind the product they sell, and they very much do not. Again, this is one of those reviews that should've been 0/5 stars, but since Google doesn't allow that I had to give it its requisite one. I've attached a picture we took awhile back.
