The heavey set lady that works in the paint department needs to learn manners. Or how to treat a customer. Brought a Wagner paint gun back beacuse after 5 mins of use... it broke. She seemed mad for some reason that I was bringing it back. Got store credit with receipt from Brian and Dave witch was ok cause I had to get a few more things while I was there. Went back to look at paint for a ceiling I needed to paint. I asked the heavey set lady what was a good paint to use for ceilings because I'm unfamiliar with allot of the brands there. She said in a rude tone not even getting up or turning around "I don't know, it depends what u want"not exactly the awnser i was looking for... thanks for all that great help and customer service lol. She did find time to tell me that no one ever returned a Wagner because they were so great. I said not according to the reviews (witch I should have read BEFORE buying one). She didn't saying anything but I could tell she was not happy. Because of This experience i will be doing all my shopping for my summer projects (building a porch ,resealing a basement, building a garage,rebuilding the deck around my pool) somewhere else. Bought many things from this store before with a great experience. Infact was just in the paint department the other day and had a great experience . Streets Ace Hardware store is all encompassing. Whatever you need, they've got it. On a rare occasion where they don't have what you're looking for, they'll recommend another store, or offer to order the item for you. They carry every building supply you can think of, every electrical supply, every plumbing supply, home improvement items, appliances, groceries, guns & ammo & hunting supplies, & gun safes. I'm sure I've forgotten something, & for that I apologize. I am handicapped & am very appreciative for the help of the staff. They also have handicap parking with wheelchair access. All of the employees are very friendly & knowledgable. Their prices are reasonable, and they do deliver. They are very customer oriented. I have to say they've got the most delicious bacon that you've ever had, & they will slice it...

This was my 1st time going to this store, walked in and was amazed! Not only is there a hardware store, but a grocery store and sporting goods store all in one building. You can access each store without going outside as they are all attached together. Grocery store had a decent selection, hardware store shelves were loaded and the selection of firearms, ammo and supplies was amazing. Service from the employees was perfect, very friendly and talkative and showed me where I needed to be to pick up what I was after. Placed an online order for a butchers saw and extra blade.
