ALDI — Local services in Massillon

The store is great, but the curbside service is terrible. There is zero communication and most often times you are sitting out there for 15 to 20 minutes before finally going into the store and realizing either that the system isn’t working and they didn’t get notification, there’s nobody upfront, or now I’m being told that You have to come into the store if it’s 7 PM or after. Which is perfectly fine, but I did arrive at the store at 6:40. And none of this is communicated. I appreciate the service, but I am also paying for the membership through Instacart. If they are going to participate in providing the service their Instacart and then they need to fix their system. And if you know it’s not working and you have curbside orders that are to be picked up you can clearly see the spots out front and one...

Very rude cashier today. She made a comment about us putting our groceries on the belt while she was ringing out the lady in front of us. She was very sarcastic. I had to tell my wife not to say anything to her. It wouldn't have been good..I was very surprised that the cashier was so rude to us..I've never had that happen before. We used a divider to separate our groceries from the woman in front of us,apparently that wasn't except able to her. It isn't what she said ,it's how she said it. I should have spoken to the manager before we left. She was very disrespectful!. We shop here many times a month and everyone is usually nice,but not this young...

I really WANT to like this Aldi location, but every time I'm there they are out of some of the basics of cooking. Things like chicken stock, and even ground beef, should be a staple of the store. Like I said, I want to like it, but I don't know who's doing their inventory ordering but its just always a struggle for me. I felt like the old Aldi on US62 in Canton had a better selection even before they upgraded that store. That being said, the people are nice and generally helpful.
