The store is great, but the curbside service is terrible. There is zero communication and most often times you are sitting out there for 15 to 20 minutes before finally going into the store and realizing either that the system isn’t working and they didn’t get notification, there’s nobody upfront, or now I’m being told that You have to come into the store if it’s 7 PM or after. Which is perfectly fine, but I did arrive at the store at 6:40. And none of this is communicated. I appreciate the service, but I am also paying for the membership through Instacart. If they are going to participate in providing the service their Instacart and then they need to fix their system. Read moreVery rude cashier today. She made a comment about us putting our groceries on the belt while she was ringing out the lady in front of us. She was very sarcastic. I had to tell my wife not to say anything to her. It wouldn't have been good..I was very surprised that the cashier was so rude to us..I've never had that happen before. Things like chicken stock, and even ground beef, should be a staple of the store. Like I said, I want to like it, but I don't know who's doing their inventory ordering but its just always a struggle for me.
