Not really sure who the manager was but seemed extremely interested in helping customers and more concentrated on just making orders. I'm not sure what the issue has been over ask with me and taco bells but another location that made my order wrong. I will admit that I accidentally added purple cabbage and I don't fault them for that. But all in all my order was wrong. The quesadilla seemed like it wasn't even cooked all the way through and when I attempted to bring up my concern with the manager, she decided to wave me off. The only person that was willing to help was the guy that was working the drive thru which kudos on doing a great job when you seem to have coworkers that don't care about the customer in customer service. He let the manager know that my order was made incorrectly and went back to doing his thing in the drive thru. I waited probably close to 25 mins to even be acknowledged again and that was after other customers and I had to get their attention after the manager decided to just leave the kitchen to do whatever she wanted to do. Read moreI was in the area, and just about 30 minutes away from my home. I decided to stop by Taco Bell for something to eat. I went through the drive-thru. I waited in line 23 minutes to get to the window and pay for my food. I paid with my card, but the young man at the drive-thru window told me only a partial payment went through and that I had to pay more. So I gave more money in cash to pay for my food. The next day I saw that the full payment went through on my card. So in turn, I paid more for my food then I should have. So I called Taco Bell to speak to a manager. The young lady on the phone told me that I would have to go back to the restaurant with the receipt and bank statement showing that they made a mistake. I explained to the young lady that I live 30 minutes away from where they're located. I asked her if she could pull it up by the receipt number. She refused to do so, and insisted that I drove 30 minutes back to her location for $2. I explained that the drive back to her restaurant would cost me more than what they actually owed me. As I approached the counter and was ready to order, the lady at the counter told me she wasn't able to take my order and I had to use the kiosk or she would get into trouble. I was confused, and asked why she wouldn't take my order and again was told if she took my order at the counter she would get into trouble.
