There is a small cafe at Levine campus, where there are extremely rude & inconsiderate. The man who sits there (bald & white idk how else to describe him nor did I ask his name), never smiles, talks to you in a rude manner, and is very inconsiderate. During my class break, I went to ask for a cup of ice, I even offered to pay for it and he still denied it at first. I shouldn’t have to pay for a cup of ice being that I go to school here. He took no consideration in the fact that I was pregnant and couldn’t just hand me a cup and let me get some ice myself. He made me wait until the café opened and made me pay for a whole drink. He sits there on his computer with a mug on his face. I’m extremely disappointed because I’ve never had any issues with this college until now. I don’t know what they think we are gonna do with the cups or the ice, but I find it really strange. I just wanted my Gingerale to be cold !! On top of that, they will not give you any utensils for your lunch unless you’re buying lunch there.. yes they make you pay for those too. PLASTIC utensils. I honestly think this man just doesn’t like his job and he’s trying to make a profit off of people like me. There’s no way you have to charge people for a Styrofoam cup or a plastic fork! Consider Gettinh this man out of here And find somebody that is kind and helpful toward Cpcc students! They also do not take cash , which is also...
Read moreAs someone who graduated from this school and worked at the Levine Campus front desk, I cannot say enough positive things about this campus. The navigators, academic/financial advisors, and counselors made a huge difference in my college journey. Career counseling brought me back to my passion for Psychology, which is my major at UNCC, Academic advising kept me on the right track and always gave me honest advice, Financial advising guided me in making the best decisions and making sure I meet deadlines for my aid requirements, and Navigators helped me troubleshoot any random issue I had, along with guiding me through the registration/application processes. As a first generation college student figuring everything out on my own, having their support and listening ears meant the world to me. I definitely struggled, but with their assistance I was able to navigate through any frustrating situation. To anyone who is frustrated with not being able to reach someone via phone, you will get a more efficient response through email. There is a call center that routes calls from every campus and staff can be...

A pretty girl came out of his office and he was nice as could be but when it was my turn he treated me terribly, didn't say hi how are you, Nothin! He just treated me like I was a leech upon society. Well f him i work a full time job pay my taxes and go to school full time is it too much to ask for some help paying for these ridiculously overpriced books, and online classes where some of the teachers don't even know how to use a computer themselves!!!?? I mean get off your high horse, quit flirting with girls too young for you, and show some respect to us cause we pay...
