FIVE STAR TRUCK WASH, (REALLY) Your joking Right! Went in to have truck and trailer washed wash. after leaving and pulling over 12 miles down the road at rest area notice after truck was dry that back of sleeper had a ton of grime on it and trailer was still dirty. Called and spoke to shift manager and was told to come by for rewash when I was back in the area. Went back for a rewash and they would not honor the wash and wanted me to pay $49.00. This place and the employees are very unprofessional and a joke.Drivers learn from this review and other reviews online. Save your money for a business that deserves it and do not believe the fake reviews the owner and their employees and friends have posted.

Regarding the owners reply to the original review, There is no need to call and speak with the general manager since the boysh shift supervisor had called the general manager at the time I revisited for the rewash and the general manager is the one that told the shift supervisor not to honor the wash. I am sure that they will come up with an excuse for not honoring the rewash in future replies to my review. After spending $162000 on a new truck, I think I can afford a $49.00 truck wash. I just wanted what I paid for and they could not even deliver that. SUPER SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE. Save yourself the greve and go to exit 63 to daddy rabbits wash. They will do it right...

So I'm operating a government vehicle that happens to be a semi truck & trailer for the Army. Normally, we would go to Blue Beacon 💙 because they are familiar with our process of payment, which is over the phone MC. Which we have to call HQ budget for them to verify that this place is a legit business. I walked in and told the young man that we are in a government semi truck and can we make a payment by MC over the phone. He told me no they can't do that but if I had a picture of the card, he could type it in manually. I explained to him that I don't have the card, the card is generated from our budget HQ office when we call them with a purchase. This is done to cut down on fraud. Regardless you would still have to input the numbers in manually. He said no he still can't do that. I ask to speak to the boss he said he went home for the day. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE! Alex who says he is the manager called me"Ignorant" because I told him maybe I shouldn't have come here after they pressured washed an area on my truck that was peeling and very visible when I pulled in. I know and the gentleman that was washing my truck knew it was peeling because when I asked him why he kept pressure washing he said he got a little too close and wasn't paying attention. I then ask to speak with the owner and Alex tells me that he don't want to talk to you. After a few minutes of going back and fourth Alex then tells me he would have the owner call me. I haven't spoken with owner yet so maybe I'll get a different response from him but we will see. As of right now I don't recommend this place...
