If I could leave a negative star review I would. My family and I just finished driving for almost 8 hours and have 7 hours more to go so we were starving for something to eat. Regardless to say this restaurant was disgusting and the employees were uncaring, rude, and had very poor customer service. To start off with the lettuce and spinach were slimy, the bread was soggy, and they didn't have all of the drink options other subways have. The employees seemed upset that we were even there; even though we came at a typical time when most people have dinner. Every single table was dirty, my father had to buy Lysol wipes from the gas station next door to clean our table because the employees refused to wipe them off. Several other customers borrowed our wipes to clean their own tables to. There were no napkins either in any of the four napkin dispensers we saw; my mom politely asked for some and the employees told her she had to go to the gas station. đ What kind of a restaurant employee refuses to give people napkins? They proceeded to then complain about every customer in the place and say how "everyone kept getting in there business." I wouldnt be surprised if one of us gets sick from the food...
Read moreI have never see a subway like this place.. it was filthy, the glass protecting the food from customers... it looked like oil, Mayo, and all condiments had been smeared on the glass, the tray holding chips needed to be filled and it had dried food just laying on the tray .I donât see how any food inspector could pass this place... The woman working acted as if she was forced to work there..sandwichâs were wrapped in the straight subway paper no other paper between sandwich and subway paper and the sandwich was toasted with cheese... when she was wrapping the sandwich the peppers and lettuce just fell to the floor.. so the sandwich was missing those items.. The food in the love station attached to the subway looked good and clean.. I would strongly recommend you not enter...
Read moreIf I could give a 0 star, I would. Today around 330p I went in the get something to eat. No verbal greeting but there was physical acknowledgement. Not sweating that at all. The problem I had was that no one washed their hands before putting on their gloves. A yound lady came from the back of the store, dressed in all black rubbing her face and playing with her hair the proceeds to put on gloves with washing her hands to finish up on my food. My words were, " I don't mean any harm but you been standing around playing with your hair." She started toward the sink then stopped and said the other young lady can finish you up. Wash y'all hands before putting on those gloves and touching people...
