I wasted $24 on rotting strawberries at Lillian's Farm Market. I stopped for the first time yesterday (June 2nd). I asked about the strawberries and was told by the woman at the cash register that they were very good. I purchased 4 quarts at $6 a quart.They were placed in a refrigerator within 30 minutes. A mere 16 hours later they are garbage. I got the impression that these were fresh out of the field and therefor I would have a number of days to use them.
