Renninger's is different every week! It's open on Fridays and Saturdays. There's several fruit and veggie vendors. Some are Amish farmers, and others are not. There's lots of places to eat at. Don't miss Peter Piper's Pickle Palace- they have any kind of pickle you can hope for, plus dips, spreads, stuffed olives, bagels brought fresh from NY daily, bagel chips, lemonade and PICKLE juice lemonade! Yes, you can buy pickle juice too. Also sauerkraut! Fry Daddy makes great fries, there's bagel dogs, Dietrich's meats, a cheese shop that is comparable to Wegman's and Whole Foods. Ooh! And a bakery, and soon, a new coffee shop. Live plants and flowers are available for sale, too. All sorts of beautiful pumpkims in the fall. There's wine and fresh pasta and pierogies you can take and cook at home. There's a pretzel and chip vendor, and old-time candy stand, deli meats - you name it. Oh, and there's a stand where you can order breakfast and burgers and hot dogs, with plenty of seating. All the vendors really care about what they are selling because it's owner operated places. Then there's the whole antiques and collectibles side. You can buy classic antiques, like furniture, fixtures, dishes, glassware, collectibles etc. There's records and old TVs. From one week to the next, you'll find different treasures. Oh, lots of people are buying silver these days. There are a few silver...

Also some very rude old racist patrons & vendors who will follow you around or outright stare at you because you're a black woman with a white husband. It really depends on the day. The Mennonites there make delicious food. You can get fresh fruit, veggies, meats, & seafood. They have a furniture store that sells name brand furniture at discount prices. There are plenty of independent vendors inside the sheds & out back with cool finds. But there's some things that make you raise an eyebrow like the tombstone store. The guy who sells trump 2020 stickers & confederate flag gear. & the slew of people who clearly just emptied out their dead relatives garage & decided their junk was worth paying the vendor fee. Like I said, this place is...
Read moreThis is a great place to spend a few hours on a Saturday! My wife and I visited this place on a Saturday in April, and we were joined by a few good friends who were visiting from NY. This place has both a large indoor area for antiques, gifts and food, along with a large covered outdoor area (weather permitting). Most of the shops have antique home goods, but there a few items of furniture too. There are also a lot of unusual shops - for example one offers a collection of antique radios and televisions! There are also a large variety of places to purchase food items - both groceries (meats, vegetables, fruits, baked goods) and freshly prepared food. There are also nice rest rooms and a place to sit and eat.
We all had a great time visiting here, it is comparable to some of the places...
