My husband and I went here to help get his grandmothers recliner fixed and not only did Zach go above and beyond to give us the parts needed to fix it but he took the time to explain how to do it. He even said if we couldn’t figure how to fix it they would come out to do it! Before checking to see if they had one of the parts in stock, he even offered to take the part off another chair if necessary. It is so hard to find people who genuinely care about helping the customer and this was an excellent experience and A++ customer service! We will definitely come here first if we need furniture in the future!...
