I'm a retired auto repair shop owner, And while I used to spend hundreds or more daily they've always been very helpful, kind and grateful for my business! The knowledge and all the tools new and old like being able to look up my VIN numbers to make double sure they always get me the right parts and at the right price!!! There very much like a ole friend, with all the new tools and knowledge to make my vehicle repairs as painless and stress free as possible! And I really like their online site it's great even a ole guy like me can go there and be walked right through with every part on my truck, cars, ATV or my lawnmower! They started to give me a hard time cause they couldn't find the account it was purchased on. Its their product. No one else sells it. It had the upc code and store codes on the case.
