I'm a retired auto repair shop owner, And while I used to spend hundreds or more daily they've always been very helpful, kind and grateful for my business! Now I'm just another face in the crowd to Advance auto parts, they still treat me as a normal consumer just as great as they ever have!!! The knowledge and all the tools new and old like being able to look up my VIN numbers to make double sure they always get me the right parts and at the right price!!! There very much like a ole friend, with all the new tools and knowledge to make my vehicle repairs as painless and stress free as possible! And I really like their online site it's great even a ole guy like me can go there and be walked right through with every part on my truck, cars, ATV or my lawnmower! You just can't find any better parts, prices or knowledge anywhere... Also Tom and Bill are just good and fine men and "Parts Pro's" I wish I could remember all their names in Maynardville because even when Tom and Bill aren't always available, the services never drops off! My family and I recently sponsored a Cruise In that was part of a local festival here in Union County. I dropped off a flyer for advertising and asked if they would post it for me and if they would be interested in donating a few door prizes. I went back today, which is the day of the Cruise In to see if they would be donating any door prizes. They didn't post the flyer I dropped off weeks earlier and they did not donate any door prizes. I left there with $161 worth of door prizes that I purchased, and that will be last the money they will get from me or my family. Purchased an auto coolant tester with lifetime warranty from there a few years ago. The pump was bad, so I took it back. They started to give me a hard time cause they couldn't find the account it was purchased on. Its their product. No one else sells it. It had the upc code and store codes on the case. They finally ordered a replacement. It took 5 days to get the new one. I'm glad my customer had other things to repair till it came in.
