Those of you that have dogs that stay in their own yard and do not live outside, are only out when you are home, and the water company rolls up…..be prepared that they don’t have to warn you by blowing their horn. They’re legally allowed to kick and hit at your animals even if they’re not vicious. In your own yard. However the sheriff told me that I can post a sign that says large animal at large and I will be covered. And believe it will be posted. Not to mention the water tastes awful, has gone up in price to an absolute ridiculous price for undrinkable water. The manager guy will speak over you and not let you speak and he will tell you to shut up because he will say what he needs to. I don’t care what the circumstances are, my animals are like my kids and think that everyone wants to love on them. You buy property, but don’t have legality to all of your own property because the water company can just come anytime and tell you to confine your animals in a certain space like they own that part of your yard. They are a joke. I have experience with working in public service(20 yrs) and have never seen such an inept department & personnel. One officer told my daughter that if she calls again he would arrest her for false police reports. She called once, not multiple times. Is that not a part of their job & oath, "TO PROTECT & SERVE"? He also needs to brush up on Tennessee law.
