A hidden gem in the town of Mazon. There's a flea market with everything from antiques to current used items. The "diamond" is Mama K's Barnin' Grill, only open on weekends, serving food to make your Meemaw jealous. Hearty breakfasts are served Saturday starting at 8, at 10:30 to 4 and on Sundays 12 - 4, you can order hearty sandwiches, soups, snacks, and desserts, all homemade. Weekend specials vary so check their Facebook page "Finder's Flea". Today I ordered a Mama K Special, Pot Roast Toastie, think pot roast meets calzone. Plenty of meat and melted cheese, delicious! My order also included: chicken strips, seasoned and not breaded so a great low carb option and a beef garlic sandwich, also a winner. Cost? $28 Mama K does not...

My wife and I stumbled across this place by accident by seeing a sign posted on Illinois 47 and thought why not. Glad we did. If you're into digging for a neat find or browsing to look for antiques or garage sale items, this is the place. Awesome selection of items for everyone. They even have an indoor concessions for food and beverages. Although we didn't eat there, we heard from another customer the food was really good. Being a family-owned business, the family is really friendly. While were there, they were putting up Christmas decorations in the dining area and looked like they were having a great time doing it. I go here once a month or so just because the stock shifts a fair amount in that time. My main stops are the electronics shelves and the vintage media shelves. It's an incredible place with nice owners and staff, but the prices are a bit high for this sort of warehouse sale. That being said, the deals are still incredible and the guy who prices things is very professional and helpful, and every electronic I've bought here I've been allowed to test on site or they offered a refund if it ended up...
