Meh.... I don't know how to really put my finger on it... Wasn't a bad experience nor was it great. I'm super glad they do what they do, but... IDK something seems off... I watched the operation grow since the early 90s, and it's just... UPDATE** If I could give negative thousand stars I would. We were interested in a barn cat. I go down and after learning of a 50 dollar 'donation' I could take a barn cat. Well that cat was never seen again the day after.

I can get barn cats in Boise for 10 bucks. Look. I'm not looking for an indoor pet. I'm willing to provide a home for a cat that has 1 job. Catch and kill varmints. I have a shelter and food. Perfect for the cat that doesn't particularly care for humans.

Fast forward to my dad's Weiner dog. I took him to get checked out for an allergy. They ask me if I'd like his teeth cleaned. I called my dad and he reluctantly said yes. Well it took no more than 15 minutes. And I'm checking out with the lady at the desk. 1400 dollars for a 15 minute doggie brushing!!!!!!! I repeat, 1400 dollars for 15 minutes!!!!!!!!! How these "Non-profit" people sleep at night is just unbelievable.

This has become a FOR PROFIT CORPORATION!!!!! VALLEY COUNTY AND SURROUNDING AREAS BOYCOTT THESE THEIVES!!!!!!

Everybody at this place is very helpful aware of my concerns about my dog treated him fantastically very caring. People allowed me to be in the room while he was being examined explained everything that was going on and reassured me the whole time that he was going to be fine. So today, I was just given a quote today from MCpaws animal Hospital in McCall Idaho for a 17 pound American Eskimo they wanted $750 to clean his teeth that’s very high. It seems to me I don’t mind supporting your animal hospital but I’m not gonna pay this guy money to get my dog teeth cleaned. Do not trust them when it comes it their word. I was promised I’d be the first to know when a kitten would be available, even put my name and number down. I got a voicemail from them today telling me the kitten was available, so I called them back immediately as I was so excited to go pickup the kitten I had been waiting for, and the front desk lady told me the kitten had already been sold. No notice given to me whatsoever. Extremely misleading and a huge waste of time just to get my hopes up and...
