Lonchera Rosita — Restaurant in McCall

Wow! Of course, any time I order tacos I want them to be good, but it's always hard when I'm out of town and they're this delicious. Basic carne options, Asada, Al Pastor, Pollo, Champechanos (chorizo & asada mix) and Carnitas. These tacos were perfect. Tortilla were hot and fresh. Asada was good, Al Pastor (Adobada) was good size pieces with a great marinade, but no pineapple. The Carnitas was crispy on the tips, juicy in the meat. And the combo was fine (I would ask for just Chorizo next time.

Ordered an Al Pastor burrito for my hubby and I to share, we went to our hotel room to eat, and after getting a couple of bites in there was a LONG BLACK HAIR inside our burrito! I don't like to write negative reviews, but getting a huge hair in my food almost made me puke. It's not just the hair, the burrito was mediocre. Not very big, and lacking in flavor. I love tacos, especially from taco trucks. So when we saw this one at the entrance of McCall, we knew we had to give it a try.
