K3 Supply — Local services in McCalla

Have always gotten good service. Good selection of home improvement needs. Nice to have a hometown hardware store and not have to drive 1/2 hour to one of the big box stores. I do find it sad that none of these 1 star reviews that I have seen are written by people who live around here. It's absolutely amazing that folks from other parts of the country know so much about the quality of the product and service without ever being remotely close to the store. All of these people complaining about the store and the staff being prejudiced have not met the owners or set foot in the store, but rather, they are basing their opinions on what they have heard on a podcast from NPR in which the reporter made some major assumptions and distortions to create a more dramatic story, and paint someone as the bad guy. Wait a second.... All these folks that are jumping to their conclusions from an edited and arranged story specifically designed to envoke that response, and not finding out the facts of the situation or meeting the people involved, are displaying a reprehensible behavior. What would it be called??? Hmmm....maybe...

I am not usually impressed with lumber companies, most of them are just out to make a buck. I have been very impressed with the many different services that k3 Lumber has to offer, and with their customer service. I will definitely continue doing business...
