T-Mobile Authorized Retailer — Local services in McConnellsburg

So me and my mom just went into T-Mobile McConnellsburg and we went into recover some text messages from her phone to go and find her phone using find my device via Samsung or Google and the assistant manager said that she's upset about the review I left a month ago regarding the old staff. I informed the assistant manager that I would consider revising my review depending on how well she treats us in the store along with the customer service she provides. She said "I'll help you if you help me ." Regarding the review in her wanting us to take it down. She was saying that if we don't take down the review she will not help us. We told her no obviously and she said me and my mom are no longer allowed in the McConnellsburg TMobile store anymore. I returned my equipment and I was told by the old manager that I’d get a email confirming that I did so. Never did get one but I got turned in collections for not returning them. To find out there was a lot of things going on at this store and they got rid of all the old workers. The new workers had to fix accounts set up on their bills they had no knowledge of. I tried to call to get this off me so I don’t have it on collections. No one will help. They want me to pay for it all. So I’m writing this. Beware! We were promised a lower bill as well as free phones with promotions that they can't guarantee. Promises to rectify issues and you never hear from them again. You have to make multiple trips to the store and waste your time just to be lied to over again. We are still getting bills from our old carriers when they were supposed to cancel them. We were supposed to get first responders discount and a few apps for free. We received nothing. We were left with a $600 bill from our previous carrier and the managers lie to your face that they didnt make the statements they clearly did. Dont trust them and go elsewhere. Disgusted.
