I just wanted to leave honest feed back because I know you all just opened. Our dinner started off pretty great I enjoy the inside and the staff was pretty nice just nervous you can tell. The manager did go around asking about service and stuff and at the time we told him everything was good bc it was the beginning of our dinner. The taste of everything is actually pretty good compared to what's around I didn't much care for the knots bc they are hard. But the rest of the menu was good we ordered a good variety. The issue we had tonight is that our table recieved there appetizers all at different times and ate seperately , then dinner same thing my daughter ate first then my fiances food came once she finished then once he was half way my youngest food came. My dinner never showed up after 3times mentioning it to the waitress. After my daughter had recieved her dessert and still no dinner for me I was pretty upset. Not a good experience to have everyone eating separately if I could give any good advice to work on really trying to time out there food so everyone can kind of...

I dont normally do reviews. But I am tonight. My family and I went tonight to the garlic knot for dinner. It was the second day they were opened. They were busy, and they did mess up our order. It did take 1 hour and 40 mins before we got all of our order. And we did have to bring my dinner home because my husband and kids had already ate theres. I give them 5 stars because they are trying to work out the kinks and everyone we came into contact with was very pleasant. They apologized to us for the wait and the missing food. Not only did they not make me pay for my food but they also remade my food and the cook came out and apologized for the wait as did the manager and our waitress. I will be going back...

So I made a call in and waited about 40 minutes and our pizza was done. Then as the lady took the pizza out she couldn’t get it off of the pan completely and it seemed doughy and not cooked from what I saw. It’s now been over an hour because she couldn’t get the pizza off of the pan and we had to wait for a new one. There was no sorry for messing up or anything and the lady that was taking the orders was not that nice of a person (Lexi). She seemed to have an attitude instead of showing kind professional service. Also i thought there was a good bit off crab sticks since it’s $12 dollars and I got small crab sticks with barely any cheese. Lincoln way was better in my opinion you got more...
