Was charged wrong per pound for my cheese and the manager tried to turn it around on me and say there were two types of Swiss cheese. Unhappy I told her forget it as i already ran my card. Ordered a breakfast burrito and then told there was no breakfast burrito mix, also after i paid. The deli offered to make this with a different protein, I Said ok, bacon and got sausage. I'm giving 5 stars because the manager came to me and said I was charged wrong and fixed it, the cashier was friendly and my sub was in fact, very good. This staff made an extremely great effort to make sure I didn't leave Unhappy and although time consuming since I was working ... I was satisfied. It's rare in these times to find staff...

Completely horrible,they have hardly any options for breakfast, except burnt sandwiches & burnt stuffed hash browns, I asked if they had fresh doughnuts or pastries,and was told yes at the end of the counter,which turned out to be Hostess and little debbie stuff. Was so hungry grabbed a hostess Cinnamon Danish, I asked if there was a microwave to warm it up and was told it's not for public use(as a paying customer-SMH). Than I asked if they have pint size milk and was told they have 2 different brands,with 1%,2% or whole I told it didn't matter at all,than he comes and tells me that they are completely out, of both brands and types,Really?? And this was a Tuesday morning around 9am. A complete waste of...

The staff is for the most part ok. Most of them never seem happy. Also you need to update your hours on the website. There are people that have to be up early to go to work and need gas or a drink for work in the morning. The website says it is 5am till midnight. I can tell you I went there this morning and they definitely were not open for business. That is very unacceptable especially if you are going to say you open at a certain time online. Get it...
