A smooth experience from start to finish. Olivia made checking in so easy and she was very pleasant. I can't remember my female doctors name but she was through and kind. She listened about my dry eyes and gave me drops for them. Reva helped with my glasses and was patient as I tried on everything but I chose the first pair she picked out. She sure knows what she's doing. I'll be back evey year and I'll tell everyone I know where to get great eye care. Thank you all for serving...

A most excellent experience. I am a disabled vet with a service animal and they made every effort to accommodate me. Sue was very professional and friendly very courteous, professional and competent of her job and the knowledge of the products she has she made this so easy for me please give her a raise. All other staff deserve a kudos as well.

So disappointed! Saw Dr Burchett in McKee for an issue I had been dealing with for 2 months. He prescribed drops which my insurance would not cover and the cost was $700. +. After calling the Richmond office 3 times wit NO ANSWER, left 2 messages asking if there was another option, NO RESPONSE! Now it’s Saturday and I’m pretty miserable. No patient care what so ever.
