I have made two separate attempts for a home insurance quote. Once back in 2017 and now In 2025. Both attempts were very similar. The 2016 was as if the phones didn't work. I made many calls over a several week time frame. The agent was not available for a plethora of reasons. Despite many voicemails I never received a quote or even a call back. Now in the 2025 attempt I called a lady answered the phone as if I was an inconvenience to her. I, the potential customer had to lead the entire conversation. Asking for a home insurance quote , asking a few questions about what else they offered. Then I had to ask to schedule an appointment with an agent the whole conversation was bothering her it seemed. Finally got an appointment, they cancelled an hour before. Reschedule for the same time the following day. No problem. They cancelled that one halfway through the day and said they would call back Monday well that never happened. And haven't heard...

Brenda is an absolute nightmare to deal with. She will lie to you numerous times and tell you she is going to get you a quote and then never does! We’re going on a month and still no quote that’s absolutely ridiculous! She answers her phone like it’s her personal cell and is super unprofessional. This woman is highly unintelligent as well, she went to the wrong address and then said “oh I must’ve gone to the wrong house I’ll have a quote in a few days” of course no call from her.
