I lost my phone and for three days I procrastinated about going to get another bc I dread having to go to "the phone store". However, to my surprise.. with a smile and a sincere greeting the young man working (Romel) turned what I thought to be a lousy task into a nice memorable experience. The worker was nice and honest. My daughter came in with a broke phone turned out there was water in her case so instead of pushing us to buy a new phone. The worker suggested to put it in rice first if it doesn’t work we are welcomed to come back… the rice worked but I would definitely go back to upgrade...
