Good products, nice store and prices seemed alright too. But the staff I dealt with made me not return. I was immediately judged for looking so young and was repeatedly showed cheaper items without even being asked my price range (not that it should matter). Financing was pushed multiple times when I came in ready to pay in cash, and I had already mentioned that a couple times too. I had mentioned the mattress I was looking at online but not the price or brand and the sales person still attempted to bash the unnamed brand and claimed I would be spending far less on that mattress than I would be at the store. If I could give 10 stars for quality, customer service, and overall experience that is exactly what I would be giving this furniture store! I am so incredibly happy that I came to this furniture store to furnish my home! Hands-down some of the best quality furniture I have found! I have been searching all over Kansas City and Salina and after looking at numerous stores (too many to count), nothing came close to the wonderful quality and customer service that The Furniture Store of Kansas has. This trip we were looking to replace our mattress and adjustable base.
