I cannot recommend Zhinus enough! The gluten free cake I ordered for my daughter’s birthday was not only beautifully crafted, but it was DELICIOUS! I have three family members with gluten allergies so I was happy to be able to order one cake to meet their dietary requirements. All of the gluten eaters of the family were shocked that it was gluten free. The textures and flavors were not at all impacted by the use of gluten free ingredients. My gluten eating husband said he wants the same cake for his birthday. There are so many brick and mortar gluten free bakeries popping up lately, and they can be so hit or miss. We recently purchased some cinnamon apple and pumpkin chocolate chip muffins from Zhinus Delights. My family and neighbors gobbled them up quickly with our young kids describing them as “scrumptious”. The pepitas sprinkled on top of the pumpkin chocolate chip was a great touch. Aside from their delicious taste, the presentation and packaging were beautiful with a full ingredient list on the side. It is very evident there is a high level of love, care and talent that went into every step of these delightful creations. I am so thankful to have found Zhinus delights! Not only are her cupcakes absolutely stunning and reasonably priced, but she is so very patient and kind to work with!
