I had a terrible experience with Etopflooring. I ordered an item from them and when it arrived, it was clearly damaged. reached out to the company right away, expecting them to make it right — but they did not care at all.

Their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. It felt like once they had my money, that was it. No effort was made to resolve the issue, replace the item, or even offer a partial refund.

It’s clear that Etopflooring does not stand behind their products and does not care about customer satisfaction. I REGRET purchasing from them and WOULD NOT recommend this...
