Jalapeño cheddar summer sausage is too die for ... takes like 3-5 lbs of your meat each stick. So worth it though. This is butterflied straps and loins. I did ground with beef fat on rest that's what rolls are. I didn't do sausage like a dummy but I will on next. Serlions there too. And 2 summer sausage rolls. The packaging is always 👌. I Love coming here with my harvest. They greet you at the curb with smiles and a good word as they transport your harvest in for processing. In the office there are more smiles and friendly banter. There are several options as to how you want your deer processed. The prices are all more than resonable (There are also taxidermy services offered on the premise). As for how you deer is processed: I have been hunting for over 40 years, and I am new to this area, and I have NEVER recieved my deer back in such immaculately packaged, labled and vacuum sealed packages. Once I began taking my deer to Jared, my wife said nowhere else! The service and quality of the work plus the overall cleanliness of the shop is second to none. It's a drive from my home in Cordova but I don't care, it's well worth it. Others agree too, people from several counties away bring their game to him. Jared is a stand up guy and has really built the best processing in the state. And now with his vegetables, fruit, preserves, and quality outdoor furniture all available under one roof you can feel at ease enough to bring the missus. It doesn't smell like a processing plant, it's that clean. You'll only be sorry if you take it...
