Dollar General — Local services in Medon

Extremely horrible customer service at 308pm July 10th. Used self check out since the line had three people in it. Something I bought required my ID she finally came to me after the line she had which was fine got mad at me for ringing it up at that check out like I was suppose to know. Then they had a sign buy 2 get 1 free on a lawn and garden product but she refused to give the discount because it was tagged wrong. I asked for the manager she would not get him when we went back to the self checkout instead of taking off the three items labeled wrong and then just put in my bday for the other item so I could finish my purchase she told me she would get me at the other register which at this point had 4 more people in line and she wanted me to get at the end of the line and wait. Absolutely horrible store and service not sure if Chris or Judy is the DM at this store but they...

The manager was really rude did not want to help us and said the bathroom was out of order when I know it was in order just earlier that day with the other shift the night manager needs to be let go because she's letting her feelings about stuff was happening in the past that didn't even happen lightning interfere and she was slandering mine and my wife's name while we were in shopping is this what type of people are you allowed to work at dollar general her...

I would say ZERO STARS but that’s not an option. This store requires an ID to buy a lighter. A 24 year old much less any adult should not have to show ID for a damn lighter. My local DG is not like this. Will...
