Paramount Industries Inc — Local services in Medway

I feel it's extremely important to share my experience so people are aware of the practices of this company before buying anything from them. I thought they were reputable as I was a customer for years, (along with my family). But my recent transaction has completely changed my mind. I ordered 4 balls and had them delivered, $294 I spent, and on the dash they were to be delivered, they weren't. I gave it a couple of extra days and then notified them about the missing order. They have refused to help me, they have my payment so they don't care what happens. I told them the post office showed them as delivered, but in fact they were not. I've gone back and forth emailing them, and I've been ignored and brushed off. They basically told me the post office said they were delivered, so that's it. It's disgusting how they do not care about the customers that have made them the business they are. I'm out almost $300, and it's perfectly fine in their eyes. I will never do business with them again, and you shouldn't either because if they're is a problem, they aren't going...

I have bought balls from here in the past with no issues. However I put in an order for new balls recently and have been waiting almost a month for them. This place does not know when they will have specific materials in so they can't give me no definite answer. If you can, buy from some place else as they are way behind...
