We hosted my son’s first birthday there. I was excited to host at a restaurant so I did not have to worry about cooking etc. However I was very disappointed with a few things. Firstly there was not enough food for my guests. The first round of food they quickly ran out of a dish and many of my guest stood there waiting for the staff to refill the tray. I stood there waiting as well because I was embarrassed and felt bad they are waiting for their food. Again this is just their first round. Many of them just sat down with out the food they were waiting for. The servers were slowly coming over to refill it by adding SMALL plateful portions and dumping it into tray. Maybe enough for one serving at a time. To me this is unacceptable. And looked extremely unprofessional. You think as an experienced restaurant they would have another tray in the back ready to go. Never did they once completely fill the tray with food. It seemed like they were not prepared for my event. Also one of the dishes I chose the garlic chicken was COVERED with pepper flakes and the guests were all complaining it was too spicy to eat. The salad also looked brown and a guest mentioned that to me. To be honest during the party I was stressing about the food situation and a few of my guests said I should speak to the restaurant. T definitely took away from me enjoying the moment and had me upset after the event. Also the servers who were working my event were very nice and I felt bad to keep complaining to them but they couldn’t keep up with the demands of the food and drink orders. Many of my guests were waiting a while for there soda and other drinks. Then when they put out coffee they put out a little pot for 50 people? Again people were waiting for coffee. And I was again waiting by the coffee embarrassed. I would have called the restaurant to have a discussion about my event, but unfortunately when I spoke to a manager earlier about a miscommunication regarding the set up time the manager seemed dismissive and talked over me so I figured it’s not worth a phone call. I would not personally host another event there again and do not recommend. And I’m sad because I had high expectations for this restaurant. My suggestion to the restaurant is to have enough food prepared and more staff to...
Read moreI’m not usually one to complain and here I go... I’ll try and explain without writing a book. We showed up for our reservation at 5:15pm. The restaurant wasn’t busy and got seated quickly. After ordering drinks and eating some bread, the waitress came over to inform us that the power in the kitchen went out. Due to this issue, she couldn’t take any orders at the time and gave us the option to stay and see if the situation changes or we could leave. We decided to stay. We were hungry and the restaurant came highly recommended. Our waitress checked in on us a few times letting us know what was being done but still couldn’t give us a time reference to when we would be able to order. She did recommend a few items on the menu that we could order as appetizers for the time being. So we did. We finally were able to order our food after an hour and 15 minutes of waiting. The food was good but not as good as I anticipated. When we received our check, I was surprised to see that there were not any deductions made or offered out of courtesy due to the restaurant issue and our long wait. I took it upon myself to talk to the general manager. She was extremely rude when explaining to me her reasons for charging us the full price of the meals. She said, the waitress explained the situation to us, we were given a choice to stay or leave and she couldn’t afford to give free food away. Yes, we were explained the situation. Yes we had an option to leave and chose to stay. Yes, I realize they can’t refund or deduct items off everyone’s check because they would lose money. And, we did them a favor by staying and spending $150+ that they wouldn’t have made if we decided to leave. For the reputation of the restaurant and just pure courtesy, removing the cost of the app would have made me satisfied. Not because I was getting something for free, because this is what a high end restaurant or business should do for their customers. I promise you, I will never return there nor recommend this restaurant to anyone. The only reason I have them a 3 star is because the waitress was very kind and this had nothing to do with the managers rude and...

Don't go there on a Holiday. Went there on Mother's Day. There was a limited menu (which makes sense to move the cattle (customers ) through), none of the sandwich or pizza choices, few appetizers
We had a reservation for four at 2:30. Although we were seated roughly on time, I had heard the hostesses mentioning that they have another "wave" setup to come in at 4:00 and hoped the hour and a half was enough time to serve and clear out this wave.
After being seated it took 10 minutes for a waitress to even swing by for a drink order, drinks were delivered shortly after by another waitress, but were more or less dropped off and we didn't get to ask for anything else, whoosh she was gone, we watched her and the other waitresses flitting about to every other table but ours.
Finally at the 30 minute mark we snagged another waitress, to tell her our story and if she could find our waitress. Instead she said she'll take over our table and asked for our order, yay or so we thought. She brought our salads and drink refills and said she officially took it over. We never got served by her again. instead the first waitress delivered our food and took away plates... never once asking if we needed more drinks until she brought the bill.
Now I could forgive this service as this was a holiday if the food was good and this was not the normal patron level. But i ordered the Chicken Parmesan with Angel Hair, my wife, her sister and her mother all got the prime rib as the items they wanted to order where not on the limited menu. The Prime ribs were OK, But the Chicken Parmesan one of the easiest most basic item... was sub par. There was barely any mozzarella cheese, the sauce was so so, and the chicken itself was pretty bland. My other table mates asked for comparison of what I make at home, it was definitely not, I told them that it wasn't even up to Olive garden quality which is really mass market but not bad.
So if you can't even do a decent Chicken Parmesan, I have little faith anything else is worth going back for. Bad service and meh food is...
