To stop here is to rejuvenate oneself in a manner unlike other rest stops. It feels minor, but the little differences go a long way. The north and south halves are practically identical, so this review may only appear for the southbound half.
It's SO clean. The restroom facilities are immaculate and the water pressure is perfect. The interior of the buildings are interesting to look at and have neat things inside. Can't comment on staff, as I tend to pass through here during the deep nighttime. The grounds keeping is great. The clerestory roofing style is aesthetic and let's lots of natural light in during the day.

I have a schnauzer who ended up covered in these tiny sticky balls.
