Horrible customer service, didn't do the initial job as stated in the initial paperwork, and overcharged me. When asked for a refund due to him charging me twice for a job that should have been done initially, he tried to find something to add to the bill so he wouldn't have to refund my money. I told him that if he had done it right in the beginning, he wouldn't have had to do any of the extra work. Of course, he made up a lie, saying that I called him and asked him to do something else, and that's why he wasn't giving me a full refund. I asked him how can I specifically ask for something that I don't even know what it is. If he needed money, He didn't have to lie to keep it. All he had to do was ask. I don't mind helping anybody, but I can't stand being lied to and cheated out of money. Definitely a bad experience, and I won't ever use them again.

Update.. Chris sent me a check for half of the overcharge. I called and asked him for the rest of my money, and he continued making excuses. My sister had to call him because they wouldn't allow her to deposit the check in the business account, and she asked if he could prepare another check for her. Initially, he said he would call her back because he had shut down the system for the day. Of course, he never called back. She called back a few weeks later regarding the check, and he said, " I remember you. Im not sending another check. You should have called me before you made that Yelp review." He's such a trifling individual and feels like he can do whatever he wants to do. I chose to be the bigger person and allow the Lord to handle it because he can do it way better. I had used them before and they did ok I contacted them about hooking up a whole home generator. He said that they do them a lot so I choose them for the job They came and hooked it up cranked the generator up they had it running on 220 volts it caused some damage to things in my house. I had to replace motion lights and garage door opener because it burnt them up. He came back and said it was running right but it wasn’t he even took breakers out of my electric box and it left part of my house without electricity. Tried contacting him but he wouldn’t respond.
