Dollar General — Local services in Mendenhall

I have no complaints at all, the two ladies working there were very friendly and vert sweet. An they were absolutely amazing, when I stopped in I hadn't realized that they were about to close for the night ad one of the ladies working there happen to been standing outside the door. I got out my truck an asked were you closed and she had said they were In two mins. Well, I was like well I jus go some other store because I only needed a couple of two liter drinks an a gallon of milk and I didnt want any inconvience for them because it was almost 10 pm and I'm sure they were ready to go home and all. But, the lady out side told me it's ok come on inside an d get what you need. And they allowed me to get what I needed inspite of them getting ready to close up for the night. I was very thankful for that. I don't know the name of that lady outside at that time wish I would had thought to her name to place it in this comment here, jus know she was a pretty blonde lady and a very kind one at that. The Woman's Restroom was Hideous. I had to put extra toilet paper on every surface of the toilet seat that I was going to sit on. There was no toilet paper on the dispenser, it was left out. There was Hydrogen peroxide on the back of the toilet. The floors were filthy. But the sink was most horrific... I had to use a paper towel to turn on the water & switch it off when I was done. I also had to use a paper towel to turn the handle on the door to exit the restroom. This restroom was a "Disgrace"!!!

If I could rate it "No Stars"... that would...

They have terrible customer service at the Mendenhall location. Today* went in to pick up a couple of items at 12 noon. And the little girl supposed to be checking people out was helping the guy that delivered chips and scanning in the shipment. Never said nothing to us and she was right there no way she couldn't have not noticed us. The guy told her to go ahead and check us out and she said no. We walked out and i will not step back in there. Will do my business Across the street...
