I was given this business as a reputable dealer to repair my Troybilt zero turn under warranty., by Troybilt themselves. Not only did they refuse to work on the mower, they absolutely refused to do it under warranty. " I can't put my men to work on a unguaranteed warranty repair.Nor will they work on that type of machine. I refuse to allow them to work on that machine or any one like it. I will not accept any Warranty on any piece of equipment for repair in my business. It's unguaranteed payment." I will be contacting Troybilt and reporting this company to them so they can remove them from their "Reputable dealer" list. In the meantime, good luck to anyone else who tries to get anywhere with this business. As this isn't the first time I have delt with them Several years ago I was purchasing a Stihl product and was completely ignored by the sales people. I wouldn't recommend this business even if they were selling out and everything...

I am impressed with there customer service. The staff takes time to get what there customers need and will help you put the lawn mower or whatever equipment you purchase in your vehicle. The staff also really wants feedback on there products so they can better sell the correct products for the job. For example the cutting edge Stihl battery operated push mower. I am in the process of giving the staff at Robbie’s feedback on that mower once I feel I have used it enough to justify giving good feedback. Nevertheless they care and if they did not the actions I described earlier would not have happened and I would be giving Robbies bad reviews but I am not, they get great reviews. Thanks...

Astoundingly poor service. They've had my mother's lawnmower for eight days. Every time we call and ask for an assessment of its problem, they tell us that they haven't gotten to it yet. When we ask for a timeframe, they say that they "can't" give us one. Even a busy car mechanic can diagnose a problem and get back to you within one to two days. Why they can't do so on a simple lawnmower is beyond me. What one might expect from local yokel rednecks, but not from a professional shop.
