This company is awful service, their used oil tank at our establishment is leaking all over and now has caused the city to contact us to repair the ally. The company will not respond and send someone out to fix it, It is causing thousands of dollars in damage. I asked to speak with a supervisor on the phone today and was told they were in a meeting. I then asked for the corporate office number and she put me on hold and then hung up on me.

Horrendous customer service and a complete lack of accountability from the company. I have sent over 20 emails to them requesting and pleading for help and no one at RTI seems to care or get things done. All that is important to them is getting you off the phone quickly, ignoring emails and wasting money promoting individuals while their customers who pay for such promotions are ignored. If you work for a restaurant, contact managers/owner/supervisors to stop doing business with this place. They are terrible and rude. Customer service is worst I've ever dealt with.
