Followup to review my mother gave today on United Health Center-Mendota Ca I had tried calling UHC last week to get info on my son's glasses that were ordered 08/27 and were to take 2 weeks but its going on a month now and have yet to receive any notification from their Optometry Dept I was on hold for long periods after being transferred by call center to Mendota office It stated my call will be answered in the order rec'd never saying what # caller I was and never assured someone would be with me I hung up tried several more times during that week The following week had just had a procedure done so I asked my mother to call for me see if she could get any info UHC Mendota has very bad in fact the worst çustomer service by phn They don't care about their patients They Ignore calls Never get to speak to anyone The call center is useless also They just throw calls to whichever office in whichever town and forget about u They have to have all these busy lines blinking at them of patients or customers waiting for their call to be handled waiting to get through All the while hearing the same recorded UHC info claiming their team is ready to give great service and also great text service It's useless Doesn't work So after mom fails to get anyone I returned to work and stopped by UHC in Mendota Not busy at all Was able to pick up glasses I would have thought they would require my son to be there to get glasses fitted see if they need any adjusting especially after diagnosing my son with Astigmatism in both eyes That will be another visit They get away with ignoring their patients bcuz problem continues and same workers are still there .I will be looking into changing to another clinic at some pointThey have new clinics popping up everywhere milking the medical and insurances as long as their service was provided and they're getting paid They need to adv patients of their poor customer service and not lie I had no choice but to reluctantly give 1...
