Skyline Balloons — Local services in Menifee

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!! I booked what would have been my husband and my first air balloon ride to celebrate our anniversary. After booking, I had a couple of questions so I followed their instructions and contacted them by text message. When that was not working, I contacted them via phone call many many times and no response. When someone finally answered one of my calls, I was hung up on. I continued to call and no response again. That was a huge red flag for me. On the morning of our scheduled balloon ride (today) my husband and I followed their instructions of waiting at the Winco parking lot at the corner of Starbucks and Carl’s Jr., since 5:25 a.m., and no one ever came. Our time of pick up was 5:45 a.m. This is a scam. Fraud. Do not purchase at Skyline Balloons. It is 7:15 a.m., and no van ever came to pick us up. We continued to contact them via text message as instructed by them and no one ever responded. Not the day prior or today the day of the event. Please save your money and time and do not purchase from Skyline Balloons. I will make sure to post this review everywhere and anywhere I can. This is not okay. There should be consequences for scamming people out of their money. Our morning and bank account has been greatly affected...

We had a lot of fun with them. They give you breakfast in the early morning, which consist of donuts and pastries. They also have coffee, chocolate and a whide variety of teas to choose. We were waiting there for 30 min aprox for the weather forcast and the bus to pick us up to the place we should land from. It took us around 15 min to arrive to the place were they were getting our balloon ready. They explained to us all the safety procedures and they guided us all the flight around. The views from there were amazing, and we were really lucky with the weather, even if it was in January. After the balloon ride there is a glass of wine among all the people that shared the experience together. They do that after distributing the flying certificate that they personalize with your name. The discounts to have lunch are very helpful. They allow you to have lunch for free or for only a couple of bucks, which is pretty good. Great experience totally...

Horrible horrible horrible. We were travelling to the west coast from the East coast and decided to go on a hot air balloon ride. We booked it a day before and the lady on the phone assured us the flight will go on as the "captain" has confirmed the weather looks great. Mind you, we had to drive 2 hours away from our hotel in LA so we left at 3 am. When we reached there, we had to sign in and weigh ourselves. Then the wait started. After an hour of waiting they told us we won't be flying today. Now we have to drive 2 hours back which became 4 hours on a Monday morning LA traffic. We asked them for a refund and they refused and said we can ride next time. WE CAME FROM THE EAST COAST WE DON'T KNOW WHEN WE'LL BE BACK. They didn't give us a refund and we had to call our credit card company and all. Overall I give them 0 out of 10....
