Awful customer service! I purchased an activity pass for their Halloween pumpkin patch this morning (9/24) and when I arrived at the time for my activity pass 9/24 at 4:00pm, there was no one here to help. I walked into the shed where I found 4 men who looked like employees. I tried asking them a question but one guy was on the phone and the other 3 were standing around him and holding up a finger at me signaling me to wait. I don’t think it requires 4 PEOPLE to answer one phone call. Additionally, I tried asking if there was a restroom while I wait and they still refused to help me. Finally I checked their website and called their number which had a very long and menu and I couldn’t select an option through there, I had to call a separate number. When I finally called through to the proper hotline, no one picked up and they told me not to leave a voicemail message as they never check it. Finally I checked on their pumpkin patch page on their website for additional information to find out that they since have updated their site from this morning and they changed their activity pass to weekends only and even though this morning at 9 am I was able to purchase an activity pass for today, at 4:30 pm it was no longer an option and you can only buy them for the weekend now. I checked my confirmation email to see if I could get a refund through their online system without having to go through emailing them and lo and behold, no refunds allowed. Absolutely awful service, drove a total of 40 minutes to be absolutely disappointed and get no help whatsoever from any employees here.
Update: We were able to get some help from the an employee and he gave us some numbers to call to try to figure out...
Read moreOur 3rd time! We've enjoyed it, but I don't recommend it to families with older children, or multiple children, due to it being for little kids and priced higher than most. No reptiles Monday-Friday.
Bounce houses are for little kids maybe under 7 or 8 yrs. No tall slides, only 3 houses.
The corn maze is short, easy to see over for a 9 year old, (made for small children) but we made it fun by playing tag and hide & seek, only possible because it was pretty empty. The obstacle course is also for little kids (very simple), but okay to run around in.
Haunted house: give people in front plenty of space because the dirt kicks up and it's hard to see how much dust is in the air.
We won't come back because my child will outgrow it by next year, unless they make some upgrades. If I had more than one child, I wouldn't pay the weekday $15 because there are huge patches with 8+ bounce houses and paintball within a 15 minute drive, no edult entry feem
It's definitely not worth paying an adult entry ticket that is charged on weekends!
With some upgrades, their current set up would be worth the price and make it funnfor older kids, but for now, I'd say only kids 7 and under will be sure...
Read moreA lot of fun for my 2 year old, but it was really chaotic last Sunday, and the lines were too long. I don't mind paying $10 for a pony ride or $5 to get into the petting zoo, but we stood in a 20 minute line just to get into the petting zoo! The parking lot was pretty crazy--don't be surprised if you have to park on a giant patch of dirt. That part wasn't a big deal to me, because my car is filthy as it is.
What I didn't care for was that some of the employees were looking pretty lethargic, not explaining things to the customers. There were people who just got there and then waited in a line for a long while, before they realized they needed to first go get tickets for the activities. Signs should have been posted? Employees should have explained things?
I found it to be a less fun experience than last year. Will try on a weekday and hope that it's a lot better. Of course you can't help that places get crowded on weekends, but the event didn't seem organized well enough to accommodate the...
