Headlands IGA Supermarket — Local services in Mentor

Honestly don't understand how these people run other buisness with being so unprofessional and uncaring about the products and how the store looks. They're nice but shouldnt be store owners. Expired and thawwed out food. Someones going to get sick. Bad meats. The floor is sticky from spills. And the coolers are filthy. Owners need to start caring or they're going to keep losing money and buisness. Plus it doesnt help the fact theres always dudes outside smoking and drinking next door. No public restroom. If you're shopping and have an urge to pee, that's a hard no. Luckily, I don't live in the headlands, so I'm not forced to shop here. I was working in the area and had to get a Red Bull and use a restroom. Upon learning I cannot use the restroom, I left. I didn't buy anything. I won't be back. Last time I was here was twenty years ago. What kind of supermarket doesn't have a restroom? Didn't they used to have one back in the day?...

Very friendly staff, conveinent location, very understanding and accepting customer service people. They accept food stamps, WIC, and welcome all walks of life, all ethnicities, all socio-economic Customers. They may be a little higher priced than other stores, but you get what you pay for with convienence. Also, anyone who thinks this store is prejudiced against non-caucasian people is absolutely rediculous and highly likely to be prejudiced against...
