Update: I am changing my review as I feel it is necessary. It took awhile before I was willing to go back but I have been back a few times. My orders are being fulfilled timely now so it appears the couple of bad experiences I have had are over. Not sure what the issue was though I have a feeling it was staffing issues as most businesses have had since Covid. Love the spaghetti and meatball dinners with garlic bread. Wings are great too though I’m not crazy about the per pound pricing.
Ordered a spaghetti and meatball dinner and side order of garlic bread at 7. Was told 45-50 minutes. Went in at 7:49 and they hadn’t even started cooking it. Was obviously upset but was still respectful and didn’t raise my voice out at unreasonable and a girl comes out of the back and says the girl I was speaking to just got there which is obviously a lie as they close at 8. This isn’t the first time either. At least 3 times Ive been told a time to pick up my food and it’s never on time. This place has gone downhill since I’ve moved here in 2008 most notably when the new owner took over. Sad that the owner was in the back and didn’t explain why my food wasn’t ready and made a high school girl handle it. I’m done...
Read moreI deliver for Uber eats they cancelled the order after I was already on my way no one informed to me. When I got there there was a handwritten sign saying closed indefinitely all I got was an apology and never got compensated for my trip 15 minutes there 15 minutes back plus gas. I called and left a message on their voicemail explaining my concern hoping they would work with me and never heard back. Uber compensated me for approximately 30% of the trip was hoping because of whatever was going on they would be willing to work with me for the rest of my lost wages. And it was the pizza shop that cancelled the order.
I can not figure out how to write another review I did call uber they only paid 3 bucks for me as lost wages. I drove 15 minutes there 15 minutes back plus the lose delivery I was asking if you guys could work with me to make up the difference because the staff did not alert Uber they closed down. Read moreI am absolutely appalled at my last ( and FINAL) order from here, ever. First of all, I paid with card over the phone- without hearing a total. Which I didn’t think much of, until my order of 2 pizzas with 3 toppings each arrived and it was FIFTY DOLLARS. Are you serious???? We also ordered white sauce, and it came with some pathetic excuse of white sauce… olive oil and garlic is NOT white sauce. Our pizza was cold, and honestly one of the worst tasting pizzas I’ve ever had in my life. Not happy and will not return ever again. TRASH SERVICE AND TRASH FOOD. Do yourself a favor and just eat a cardboard...
