The worst experience with who I assume was Pat this morning. She shook her finger and yelled at my 3yo for touching a plant. My kids are not always perfectly behaved (they are kids, I don't expect it of them) but they were perfect for the 2 minutes we were there this morning. My 3yo literally touched the rim of a small planter and was pointing out the pretty white flowers. I was standing directly over her, she didn't cause any harm to the flowers (I wouldn't have let her) its too bad because they have beautiful flowers but I won't give my money to them ever. We quickly left and went to another flower shop where we got exceptional customer service, even my 3 very well behaved kids were treated with respect. Read moreEasily the WORST experience we have ever had with a local business. Pat the owner is exceptionally rude and dismissive. We ordered 4 yards of Mulch. TWO landscapers told us that they delivered about 1.5 yards. We took photos and called them and asked them to fix it or at least explain what happened. We were met with laughter and a loud, "Count it again!". When I got a third opinion, I called again to have them tell me that they would do nothing about it. DO NOT do business with Pats. It breaks my heart to say that about a local business, but in today's day an age you should at least be willing to have an adult conversation about an issue without essentially telling someone...
