Quality PC of Meridian — Local services in Meridian

First of all, I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you urgently need to fix your PC on a limited budget. I brought my PC on July 15th and explained the situation I was facing. The male technician came to the front and said that if it was a simple installation, it would take 30 minutes; otherwise, it would be ready tomorrow.

The lady at the front desk later informed me that she was still working on my PC and installing the necessary drivers, so I waited. However, nobody called me back, so I decided to return to their office yesterday (July 16th). She then told me my PC was still sitting on the bench and hopefully would be ready by the end of the day.

I went home and waited for her call, but when I visited the office today, I was told she had called me and left a message stating they needed my charger. I did not receive any message from them. Finally, she charged me a $35.00 diagnosis fee for the PC.

They should give customers the option to retrieve their PC urgently if needed and inform them about the wait time so that customers can decide whether to accept the wait or not.

This person showed no courtesy and even lied to me. I used to love their service, but no more. I lost two whole days of work and $35.00. I will never go back to this place and do not recommend this business to anyone.
