Spring Market — Local services in Merkel

I am a blind entrepreneur through the business enterprises of Texas program. I work with the state of Texas to provide vending products to customers in my area. I have been legally blind most of my life and have only found substantial employment to provide for myself and family through this program. I found an advertisement for this store with a sale on sodas. After attempting to purchase a large quantity of sodas, the manager approached me and informed me that he would not allow me to. He seemed upset that I was going to resell the products. After mentioning that I would see if another store would allow me to, he called the store and told them not to sell them to me. If one individual came up to my vending machine and asked if they could purchase every product in the machine, I would gladly step back and allow it! I am in the business of selling products… Not limiting what people can purchase from me. Being a small business, cOVID-19 has hit me hard! I do attempt to find products on sale instead of always purchasing them through food vendors. I am doing what I can to stay afloat these days! I have chosen not to go back on welfare! I go there probably about once or twice a week. Everyone is so nice and friendly even though I give them a hard time every time (jokingly). I’ve never has a issue ( except maybe once during that useless C shutdown which wasn’t their fault. Place is always clean and they have what I need at reasonable prices-now if they could keep their brand of chips in stock ( corn chips ) it would be better, but then again they don’t control that either. Gave two starts instead of one due to the nice cashier rowley. Only gave two stars due to only being able to pay for fuel with THEIR brand gift card, oh and NO REFUND?.
