Tropical Taste Jerk Center — Local services in Merritt Island

I was just happen to see this food truck as I was riding around running errands. I was hungry so I thought I'd give it a try. I had the pork plate. It came with rice and beans, salad with honeymustard dressing, lots of tomatoes (hiding under the lettuce..lol) and a side of jerk sauce. The pork was so delicious but I will say it had quite alot of fat on it. Not sure if that's normal or just luck of the draw for me. I will try again sometime because it was delicious and did have great flavor and lots of crispy bits from the grill. Yummmy! Price was on point for the portions. I found their food truck at an Easter event. The smell from smoker was intoxicating, so I was compelled to order. I got a meal of jerk chicken and it was wonderful.
