The hours of operation for this college is horrible. You can never get an appointment if you work later. Forget Fridays because no one wants to work that day. You can only do online appointments. You can walk in and the place looks dead but yet no one can see you. I'm not sure if this is a covid thing and they stuck with it or it's just how they run things. You get a different adviser everytime. So good luck on knowing what you really need. The classes are limited when it comes to online. Extremely poor communication, everyone says something different and it’s nearly impossible to get a definitive answer when it comes to administrative things, there is rarely competent staff available to answer questions. If you’re considering enrolling I the UND/CGCC flight program, DON’T. It’s a cluster. Go somewhere else and don’t look back. They will waste your money, seemingly on purpose, say one thing but do another, unenroll you without any communication (2 days before review flight in this case). This school has been a nightmare. I been trying to reach a financial advisor to get some questions answered and every time I call no one knows anything, everyone telling me different things, and hanging up in my face. I decided to drive there and ask to speak to someone in person and the front desk told me they couldn’t help me so I asked for a manager and they told me they don’t have one.
