Some of the workers here are nice and very helpful, however there is one particular employee who seems to have an issue every time she works. She's very quip with her answers and acts like she doesn't want to be there, which at that point, why not just quit instead of making student's shopping experience more stressful than it should be. You should be able to answer questions, EVEN IF you have to repeat yourself because that's what good employees are supposed to do. Being sarcastic and disrespectful is not an attribute and I'm surprised that no one has said anything in these comments about it. Must not have met her yet. Her customer service needs to be improved, I don't like coming into the store or even calling sometimes for that...

I didn’t have them because they never confirmed my pickup, after a couple months I just decided to go in. I asked if I could just use my name or student ID and she said there are hundreds of things back there. So, I spent like 5 minutes looking through my emails for the number until another worker came over. He said he could look it up using my last name and found my order in less than a minute. Why was that so hard for the woman employee to do the same? That guy rocks and I’ll avoid that...
