Okay so me Purchasing a vanity from the store was honestly complicated when it came to delivery and the actual vanity But let’s start from the beginning when I went to this store they didn’t Even have the vanity at the store that I wanted to see before purchasing because I wanted to see if it’s the right size that I wanted it to be ( btw it wasn’t that much bigger than the so called larger vanity’s that was in the store) but the lady said it was way bigger in person, so I purchased it believing her, the “deluxe vanity that’s $1345.34.I paid for the delivery fee and I put down a payment and I was supposed to receive it the following week on a Tuesday but then I got a call from the lady at the store and she had to cancel delivering my purchase because they only had one guy working and it takes two to pick up the furniture and put it in the house so I said OK and let it slide soo she said I will get it Saturday then she called me again and told me that she still can’t deliver it again because she only had one guy once again but if I wanted To have someone from my house help with the furniture I’m more the welcome to do so like tfff!?( very unprofessional) So me being nice I said sure my dad can come help. But anyways delivery guy came and the vanity looked really beautiful from the outside but Once I started to Inspect the vanity I realize there was kinks and scratches all around the dresser part when you open it, you can see there is some white paint stains in vanity dresser And the back of the vanity is very flimsy for it being $1345 all I’m saying is DONT NOT buy from this furniture store but definitely BUY FROM GAILS FURNITURE Store * located in goodyear she has beautiful vanities at a fair price That is actually high-quality. They sold my daughter a vanity, dresser, and king headboard. They informed us when it arrived they would call and they did but once we arrived after driving over 45 miles, they said that the manager might have grabbed my daughter's headboard and took to CG store. A call was made to confirm and next few minutes the manager Javier came in from the back and said the headboard was not in after all. We asked what could he do as we drove 45 miles because they said everything had arrived otherwise we wouldn't have come we would have waited. He said it was a simple mistake and haven't I ever made a mistake before. I said yes but I would compensate for a mistake like this as this was not our fault. He didn't even care that we drove all that way due to them saying it was in. After a few minutes of him arguing with us saying he could charge us $50 to deliver from CG to Maricopa instead of $80 and us stating that wasn't fair he said well what do you think is fair we said delivering the headboard the stores expense as we came so far to pick up all with two vehicles since they called us and said all was ready. So he reluctantly said ok. I asked to get paperproof of that since I don't trust his word now. He said ok. He went in closed the door and not even 30 seconds he came back out and said the company is all out of the King headboard my daughter ordered. He said ALL of the stores are out and no more are coming in. This was terrible service from this manager Javier. I would not recommend this store because of him. I got furniture from this place a little over a year ago. The company they used to sell me the furniture for payments has charged me over 4k on a loan that is 1k. I've given the company 500 in the past 3 months and they have taken off 50$ from my original loan. 1 year later i am finding out they are charging me 3k if I dont pay it off in 60 days and an additional 5$ a day until i pay it off.
