I don’t say this lightly — their Rockstar Fried Rice is hands down some of the best I’ve ever had. It’s packed with flavor, cooked to perfection, and honestly addictive. If you’re in Mesa and haven’t tried Rockstar Hibachi, you’re seriously missing out. The food is incredible fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection right in front of you. But what really makes the experience special is Ozy, the guy behind the grill. Super friendly, funny, and clearly passionate about what he does. You can tell he loves making people happy through good food.

The first time I had this I raved to everyone about how great it was. The next week I was excited to try it again and food was dried out and didn't come with the sauces that I paid extra to have. It was almost like it was from a completely different resturant. I gave them the benefit of doubt and tried it again tonight. Not only was it 6 dollars more expensive than the previous 2 time I had ordered, it was even worse and again didn't have any of the dipping sauces.

A note that I did order all 3 times on Uber eats so I couldn't ask for the sauces before walking away. I will not be giving them...
