Our Community Kitchen — Local services in Mesa

I am a small local caterer (DTG Tacos)who was really looking for a kitchen that would enable me to provide great service and noteworthy food for my business. Not only did I find that in Chef's Shared Kitchen but I also gained two wonderful mentors. Candice and Tom provide the most "immaculate" kitchen ever. It makes any caterer proud to say that they are a part of that kitchen. CSK give's us the ability to serve fresh quality food. Being that they have been in the food truck, farmers market business they help mentor, guide and even find us jobs for us starter caterers. They come out to where ever we are to show their support! They take the time to help us in finding the right niche to get our name out there. They make coming into the kitchen easy. Best of all you will always see Candice cleaning and Tom helping and telling us stories. They are truly the BEST! I am a small business owner (and food truck owner) and have been a client at Chefs Shared Kitchen for several months now. I cannot speak highly enough about this kitchen and the owners who run it. The facility is very spacious, has premium commercial appliances and almost any major kitchen amenity you could possibly need, lots of individual and shared storage, and it is CLEAN! We toured multiple commissaries before visiting CSK, and none were even remotely as nice or well run as this kitchen. The owners who manage CSK really care about the kitchen (especially its maintenance and upkeep) and even more so about their clients. They go out of their way to support each and every small business that operates out of the kitchen and make sure everyone's scheduling and storage/equipment needs are met, and have created a really wonderful chef community here in the East Valley. Chefs Shared Kitchen is an incredible initiative!! This commercial kitchen helps small business food vendors with the logistics behind running their businesses and provides a space for food vendors to cook their food in larger quantities.
