Was down here filing the last of my paperwork for my divorce. This was the fourth & final trip I've had to make down here & it stands out as BY FAR the worst. The woman at the window was rude & obviously hates her job. I'm sick and am currently going thru treatments. Due to my ex being difficult & not being willing to do anything to help get this divorce done - I've had to make several trips down here to get it all taken care of before any deadlines cause my case to be thrown out. I'd come down straight from treatment. I had all the paperwork I needed properly filled out & with me. I wasn't feeling well & had told her that when I apologized for not moving as quickly as she was making obvious she expected. I'd gone thru my pile of papers over 4x & just could not find the sheet she wanted (between not feeling well and her glaring I think I was nervously missing it). I was frustrated, she was frustrated and getting more and more so each pass I made thru my pile coming up empty handed. She kept snottily repeating a document number and it was just sounding like a foreign language. I politely asked if there was any way she could take a quick look to see if she could see it since I was obviously missing it. She looked at me like I was a piece of trash & told me absolutely not & advised me to step aside so she could help the next person while I continued looking. My eyes filled w tears from a combination of frustration & feeling sick. She noticed but didn't seem to care at all. I came across the paper and as soon as she finished with the other customer she was servicing I handed it to her & I apologized again. She stamped it & tossed it rudely back to me. I asked her if we were finished & again she gave me the piece of garbage look and snapped yes at me. Not only was this extremely rude but if she was in such a huge hurry - if she'd have just helped me - 1) it would have been the much more kind & just plain decent thing to do & 2) she would have got me "out of her way" much faster. I truly hope that she's never faced with having to deal with very emotional & stressful activities while being extremely sick. If she does, however, I pray that she does not have to deal with someone as unkind & non-compassionate as she acted towards me. I gave two stars ONLY because every other trip I've made down here I have had very kind employees help me out & answer any and all questions with respect & a smile. Quite honestly, as those in a customer service position should.

Update This "wonderful" service nearly led to my case being dismissed. If it hadn't been for amazing help at the law library & the extremely professional, understanding & helpful staff of my judge, I'd have had to start all over due to being misinformed about my case. Be sure to follow up constantly until whatever your matter is is...

I sat at the court house for over an hour because none of the clerks was consistent with the information needed. I went to 3 different clerks and wad told something else was needed even after every single one of them viewed my documents they each wanted something different either more copies or named placed on different area after going up there 3 different times the last clerk says she doesn't feel comfortable filing the paperwork because of the other party had already signed the document. If the document was not going to be accepted they should of told me that when I first handed them the documents not after I have made several different copies and spent my money and times doing this all Rey could say is in sorry. I filed an Order of Protection about a month ago, they told me to call to see if the order has been served. It was in fact served by Tempe Police in my presence when he blocked me in at my residence. The person it was served against has been harassing and threatening me even after it was served. I've made various police reports, my employer has also made police reports as he has been calling people at my job trying to get me fired. I've since changed my number. I called to see where all of this is in the process. And they told me that the Order of Protection "DOES NOT EXIST!" I have copies and evidence, yet no one wants to hold this person responsible.
