I recently ordered a dress from Febe Clothing, and I was initially excited about my purchase. However, the experience quickly took a disappointing turn. Unfortunately, the dress was too big for me, so I reached out to their customer service to request an exchange for a different size that is in stock.
This is where things went downhill. I was informed that since the item was categorized as a "final sale," there was nothing they could do to assist me with an exchange. I understand that final sales often come with certain restrictions, but I was unaware of this policy at the time of my purchase. The only place that mentioned it was in their policies, which I didn't notice while ordering.
The lack of transparency in conveying this information is frustrating, and it reflects poorly on their customer service. Instead of accommodating my request or at least providing a solution, I was met with a rather dismissive response.
Overall, my experience with Febe Clothing has been disappointing. While the dress itself was nice, the lack of reasonable return and exchange options, coupled with poor customer service, makes it hard for me to recommend them. Be cautious if you're considering purchasing from them, especially with items that are potentially final sale. The fabric was so thin that it did not hold its shape or lay nice whatsoever - it was like tissue paper. There were strings hanging throughout the seams and several seams that didn't even line up. I sent several pictures and asked the company for a refund. They offered me 4.00 return. I will absolutely NEVER order from this company again.
